Yeah I can't log into my main account but i can log into my friends account and he uses a username and not an email address unlike I.

samething happend to me cant use my email gotta usr my pre bb username
@wickedfizzy Do you have some sort of alternate account? And if you can, ask a friend that also plays to send in a ticket for you.
Unless you're unlucky, one of them should get in.
Sad thing is. It won't let me login to the website so how do I log a ticket >.< >.<

I can log in fine. I wonder which/what types of accounts are affected.
Me neither can't login in any accounts and these have existed for 8 years.

Supposedly, accounts that have existed long enough to have IDs are able to log on using their emails or IDs, whichever they usually don't use. Sadly the only thing I can say is to spam those tickets and hope that Nexon wakes up soon. I mean seriously, if we give them a lot of tickets that all talk about this issue, they can't ignore it, can they?
