where to get white napoleon cape?
i remember i used to have one back in the day, and i'd like to know where to get them again. i looked it up, and hidden street says they drop from emo slimes and gingseng jars, but i don't know if that's outdated or not

The level related equipment drop rate update changed a lot of drops by adding new and removing old.
It's possible they still drop it only if youre within the level, but it might not
idk but hidden streets is outdated
