What is the purpose of this set of gear? weren't they made to be the counter part of Sweetwadder equips because KMS doesn't have commerci?

It's a much better set than SW on a stat to stat basis, not to mention that AbsoLab gear can be psoked even after equipping.
However SW gear is the only gear that can take advantage of the transposing system, meaning it can have an edge over AbsoLabs if someone felt the need to go to that extreme (ex. Transposing Tyrants into SW gear).
Also like someone above said, the AbsoLab weapons each have the highest stats for their category, ranging between 20-40 att clean higher than Fafnir weps.

I thought it was just the SW "equivalent" and nothing more.
It could be used for anvil purposes, I guess, as some people consider it to look good.
Well we've got to extract something for superior item crystals.
It was meant to be an easily obtainable set for unfunded people.
