So after the zero nerfs which class would be the best damage wise for a medium funded player.

Zeros can still re-cube their items with how their storyline works, they still have high %/line and cooldowns can be mitigated through use of other skills from what I hear.
NLs will take a bit of funding given the price of %Luk equips and all
Dual blades just take forever to fund.
