my kaiser is level 179 at the moment
and i have maxed everything but dragon barrage
mainly because i rarely use it

actually, i use inferno when untransformed, because its ground tick does not activate reflected damage, but it will do 1s

(empress, holding mihile in the corner, summon dragon & inferno. if i ever see inferno doing 1s, i know its dmg reflect & to stop attacking)

Barrage is very good for literally clearing a huge line of mobs.
Inferno is mostly extra DoT on bosses (NEVER USE ON A BOSS WITH REFLECT, EVEN IF YOU TRANSFORM)

Granted these skills are uncommonly used in Kaiser's arsenal, but you should still max Barrage if anything since its pretty good for counter-ksing.

If the cooldown wasn't so long, inferno breath would be a really good skill.
They should make it only like 10-15 secs like tempest(phantom)

It's not good for anything after 4th job. This is mostly because a lot of monsters you'll fight are boss tagged, which means the instant kill effect doesn't work. That's all it's good for, because it's way too delayed to be good for anything else.

Lol, i maxed out NW, Grand armour, expert sword mastery and adv. temp blades before i put up anything else besides a couple points on Gigas wave. Now i'm 166 and all i've got left to put up is 10-13 into Inferno breath, and 29 into Dragon barrage >.>

you eventually max them both, and still have 55 points left over >_> but at low levels, its more worth having inferno breath, than dragon barrage.
i just use it for movement when transformed. sure it hits high numbers, but is very very slow.

my kaiser is 200 with a crap ton of sp sitting around. I have the skills books for dragon barrage.

Thats how useless that skill is.

I think I'll just put 5 into inferno breath and then max grand armor.

Well, Before I used the sp reset, They were only at level 1. Imo, All you need is gigas and blade burst.
