Inferno/ Phoenix DoT dmg
Why is it that both of those skills are not actually able to finish off mobs if given enough time to drop health all the way to 1? I am fairly certain that all DoT skills do it and i know for sure that Poison Mist won't kill monsters, but why would nexon waste our time with a DoT effect that cant kill monsters despite the obvious result it should bring?

Well my inferno is stronger than my AR and i dont find many situations where im hitting more than 6 monsters at once save for a few places. But sometimes i can do enough damage to where i can actually leave a monster alone if its like a straggler and i would like to see inferno actually kill it but no i have to finish that bastard off and then turn my attention to another mob. My main grief is that any DoT skill isnt killing monsters when it really should
