Does %damage stack?
As in 6% and 9% on 2 different lines of pot. Would they stack to 15% or other?

They DONT stack right now BUT AFTER CHAOS PATCH they stack.
@Frisker: It is said its going to be during summer which isn't that far from now. Probably somewhere around June-July.

Nope.
Things that do not stack are %recovery, %steal, %invincibility, %All Skill (unsure abou this one), %Boss, %Total Damage, and %PDR (Ignore Monster Def.)
Anything that isn't that, is stackable, i.e. %ATK, %All Stats, etc.

I'm cautious about forking out close to a bil for this dagger. If they don't stack its quite the loss.
On the weapon it says damage 9% and damage 6%. I'm clueless about these things..
