Phisopher stones: You get them by extracting lvl 110+ equips
Confusion Fragments: From mobs lvl 140+ (rare drop)
Primal Essence: From Heart stones/Gold Flowers

@Exrenbon: There isn't a rate of success, the Heart Stone/Gold flower will fail at 100% no matter what level. The success doesn't determine if you get the primal essence of not. It's just...it's a very very very rare drop.

ring still need frags, which are like old dragon scale/spirit/PoT/Dream frags when there weren't as many botters

confusion fragments can be botted, primal essence is from heartstone/gold flower

@Erag0n1: It's the same deal as the people that were buying Princessoid for 5 EE Cravens on the first days of the Music Box event. They just want to get the items Day 1 and they don't care about the price.

At the time I made that post, they were still cheap. Then someone bought everysingle on of them.
