How to get nexon to respond to you
This is only for people who are banned.
If you have been banned it will ask you to contact either billingpp or customer support. The way to get them to respond is to use a different email from the one you got banned with. I sent nexon 3 emails for a billingpp issue. They haven't responded in a month. I send the same exact thing with my gmail account and they responded within 1 day.

but did they unban you?
I tried the "I bought 10k NX just yesterday" trick but it didn't work
Thought you were going to say "Mention you planned to buy a lot of NX," which I've heard too many times.
Therefore you get a 10/10.
