What just happened?
I used an Advanced Equipment Enhancement Scroll from Evo Lab on my Maple Black Ring (+1), and it boomed.
Even though the description says "1 success: 100%."
And I'm absolutely sure that the Black Ring was upgraded once.
So, how did it boom?
Do I have the right to blame Nexon?

1 success means from zero to one star.
Not one to two stars.
Well if it's upgraded once, I assume its 1 star already
1 success = 100% = no star on it, and adds 1 star at a 100% rate
2 success = 90% = 1 star on it, and adds another star at a 90% rate, and 100% destroy if fails
Did your ring already have a star on it? If so, then that would have been the second attempt, at a 90% success rate.
@SeeBee007: I think he's assuming that since he only passed 1 scroll on his ring, all AEEs would be 100% success. At least, based on the way he worded it.
that too has once happened to me, i've heard there is a very small chance to boom, even if it doesn't say so...
