You'll have to go there to request help with playing the Japanese version of MapleStory, since BasilMarket prohibits talking about certain stuff.
"Semi-fluent" isn't good enough, you need to be FLUENT at reading kanji.
Probably..and I don't think you need to be fluent in Japanese, more like you need to be able to read kanji, katakana and hiragana. Unless you meant fluent in writing and reading as well.
