p/c 6 luk temp pendant with 12 luk
So I used a hidden potential on a tempest pendant and it got 6% luk AND +12 luk, does that make it worth a lot more than a reg 6%? or is the +12 luk not really important.

tbh the 12 of the same stat looks nice and may fool some noobs but it isn't much of a difference compared to 6%
