I'd go with the 15%. But I don't know the math behind which one would be better. It just seems like at higher levels you're gonna be fighting stuff with high defense which would cause you to do less damage. And I guess 15% ignore defense would allow you to do 15% more damage than what you'd normally do on that monster/boss. But I have a feeling I'm wrong.
