What exactly does quotAll Statsquot mean?
When you get potential that is "All Stats: +3%", does this mean 3% increase in just str/dex/luk/int, or in everything (ie att, acc, avoid, mdef, wdef, etc)? I did try searching for this answer before posting but couldn't find answer.

In the future, if you have the item that you were unsure about the potential line you can equip it and unequip while looking at your stats to see what it does.

It only increases STR/DEX/INT/LUK.
