guide to making witch stews
To make one witch stew I have found the easiest way is
2 tough leathers- pigs in ellin forest to the far left.
6 horny mushroom caps
6 blue mushroom caps
3 cat spittle
3 frog eggs
2 croco skins
I believe this is the exact amount of items for one witch stew.
You can use 5 ligator skins instead of leathers.
NPC chat is your friend! all you need is your npc chat buttons and the arrow keys to make everything.
you can trade 1 token for 1 cat spittle or 1 frog egg

Just so you guys know, there's a tree north of Ellinia that only has horny blue mushrooms.

When you make a certain food, you gain exp.
Spittle/Eggs>Blood wine/Seasoned eggs=300 exp each
Blood wine/Seasoned eggs> Swamp wrap/steak=2000 exp each
Swamp wrap+steak>witch stew= 5000 exp each
To give you a general idea,
I started farming stews on my wind archer at lvl 34. I made 1k stews and got him to lvl 58.
Edit: You don't kill anything to get exp. The only thing you kill is to farm the materials needed to make the food.

@Darksword: Ellin or ellina? they are 2 completly diffrent places and ellin doesn't have boars as far as i know
I find the best map for both blue and horned mushrooms to be the map with Valefor's Door (for thieves' 12 luk hat.)

Edit: My brother got 1,000 blue mushroom caps in that place.
I am not sure how he did it since I wasn't there because I had to go somewhere. I just left him a task to do.(The task was to get 1,000 blue mushroom caps, 1,000 curse and evil eye tails, and 1,000 coco skins.
That map has crappy spawn. Not very many people go there.
I go for the Green - Horny mushroom and then Croco - Ligator. Green from one of the trees in Ellinia, go south, Horny in Sleepywood and Croco - Aligator in Kerning.
i think that you can find a whole bunch of blue mushrooms on the way to sleepywood, where the entrence to that golem map is, and then you can just get horny mushrooms from ant tunnel by using a return scroll right when you get to the map on the right...might be take a while to go back to blue mushies from horny but its okay in my opinion if you dont mind using return scrolls and going back and forth
Wouldn't it be easier by far to just use ligator skins instead of the tough leathers? You just stay in Victoria and you can get them at the same time as getting the croco skins.
