'Strongest' is a question of the best combination of DPS%, survivability and utility for solo and party situations alike: for Maple, there's no definitive answer to this.
'Hitting super high damage' on the other hand is super easy to sniff out. Ordinarily it'd be the classic Marksman miles ahead, but the latest KMS patch increased the lines on Snipe to 2 (3 with that passive MM has) while reducing its damage per line. MM still I think has the highest damage per each line though, with Angelic Buster's Trinities now a pretty close second. Jostling for the top position somewhere (could be anywhere from 1st to 3rd, I'm not quite certain on the maths) will likely be F/P Archmage, too. Even the super-funded can return to the Mist Eruption set-up style if they wish, which yields ball-busting damage per line and in total.
Outside of Hypers, those three are probably head-and-shoulders above the rest: due to the old-or-not-old ~50m caps, most every other job got shifted to a high(er) number of lines, lower % per hit; if they weren't that way already.
basically any job with high % attack so.... marksman and ab have fun
