I can do it with 310k buffed and 158 boss, its much easier with NLs than other classes because you can stand off to away from the head and just spam QS without being attacked

Im able to do it with 140% bossing and 450k buffed in around 10-15 minutes, so I don't think you would be able to unless you have really good control. The Eyes are very frustrating

The jaws have reasonably similar HP. However what makes Hell Gollux difficult is the short timer and massive HP on the gem.

You can do hard if you have at least decent control, hell and hard are mileesss apart.

Do you know about how long I should expect it to take doing hard mode with my current stats?

if you have the patience to topple the jaw, you'll be able to finish hard gollux with maybe 200k dmg quadthrow.
the eyes and the jewel on hard mode isn't much work for a NL.

hard gollux and hell gollux are completely two different animals.
you need just over 30m lines from quadthrow to barely finish as a NL.
