With just what OMGitsarock said, assuming your level 200, you would have a 62.4k-69.4k range without buffing. A 103.1k-114.6k range with buffs, HM and Echo included. And with Xenon, DA, Kanna, Hayato, and Cannoner link skills at level 2 you will have a range of 132.4k-147.1k.

I would change a few things:

-Instead of the 5 Star Nova Cape, get a clean tyrant cape for around 900m-1b.
-Full RA equips: Helm, Top, Bottom, Weapon -> This will result in 100m+150m to 200m+50m+250m to 300m for PA=850m (assuming sold more expensively)
-Full Reinforced Gollux Set (Pendant, Belt) 200m
-Get the Reinforced Ring later on doing Gollux yourself, its a waste of 800m-1b.
-9-12% STR Earrings-> Can range from 200m-400m
-SweetW glasses 7% Str-> 400m
-SweetW Tattoo 7% Str->350m
-Tempest Ring 6% Str-> 100m
-Tempest Epaulet 6% Str-> 100m
-5 Star Nova Hyades Shoes-> 1b

All together this should result in around 4b, a little over. I chose this method because it is the best balance of STR Stat along with Weapon attack.

Using this, you should be able to achieve at least a 70-80k range unbuffed.

Nova isnt worth the price :u

9%luk earr until you do gollux enough to get the reinforced earring. Should be ~200m
Nova shoe. ~500m (for 0 AEE, 1.1b for 5 AEE).
Nova cape. ~400m (for 0 AEE, 900m for 5 AEE).

Sell that absolute ring, no really. It is an overpriced ring that doesn't boost as much to your range compared to its price.
