OMG, I tele-rocked to The Tyrant's Castle and i was just walking into I ran into the throne room, I was like. "I wonder if i can fight Magnus" AND BOOM~. TYRANT!
Is this a glitch?

It's annoying when they bone over teleport rock users by adding restrictions to zones that never had them before. I bought a perm one a while back and mainly used it to go through LHC to Bearwolves. Patches later, they decide, oh, you need to do all the quests because now because it's a theme dungeon.
I can't imagine them doing it to places like Temple of Time or Future Hene
its sort of an easter egg for those you have the tele rocks
