Why Am I Still Ban?

It seems that I may have been Hacked or perhaps been a victim of website phishing as the Domain of the email of which it was sent from seems to be a scam. Knowing this, I've updated my Account information and Read the Gamer Safety Week notes. I don't ask for compensation the ability to once again access my account and perhaps revert any damage done to my account and it's progress and possibility items to help me regain progress over the time I had lost. I wish that my account will once again be accessible so please heed my plea.[/quote]

You could try sending another ticket. However, if the ban was permanent, if may not be lifted. I remember a while back someone's brother's account got hacked and was used for botting, and it got banned. I don't think they lifted it, but seeing how the GM said that the ban would be lifted on your account, I believe sending a ticket will be the best solution. Good luck on recovering your account!

They did it for one of my accounts. First ticket said I was gonna get the account within 24 hours, 5 days passed and I sent another ticket. They then said they can't unban.

To answer the question, i would submit another ticket with a screen shot of the previous ticket that proves you've been unbanned.
