What tier potential do i have to have for Decent:
Speed Infusion
Hyper Body
Sharp Eyes.
Would it be a good idea to cube random pants for Hyper Body if it is unique (for my DA)

This is correct. Don't listen to others. Decent door is unique 70+ and haste is unique 70+ too.
SI: Legendary glove and 120+
HB: Unique pants and 70+
SE: Unique glove and 120+

Legendary Ability for SI, SE and Unique for HB (not sure about this), I believe. I think you'd benefit more from using nebulites for Decent SE and HB rather than cubing for them.
