Butt hurt, literally

Heyysssssssssss...

So a little awkward to ask, but just wondered if anyone else was like this. My siblings and I feel a tension clamping up or hurting near our butt cheeks whenever we see blood--usually related with someone getting hurt, painfully.
It's no problem just watching blood, like at blood donations, but more like, that feeling of seeing someone hurt right at that moment, and them bleeding, or look like in pain. It's like a squeal of "OUCHHZZZZZZ...that's got to hurt", but we literally feel butt hurt about it!

Did you guys ever felt that way? I dont' remember if I asked my friends about it before, but I wanted to know :X
