Lack of Empress Cannons
Is it me or is it impossible to find average Empress Cannons even in Scania?
I've searched the FM for a week, and all I found were 2 below average overpriced cannons...
Why is there such a lack of cannons if there aren't that many Cannoneers?

Hypers=people make cannoneers for their new skills, more demand = higher cost.
I bought mine for 25mil, nobody wanted them before the new skills were announced.

That probably has something to do with cannoneers only being good as mules.

Bought myself a Loveless Eradicator for 155m yesterday instead. It'll be harder to get the 30% boss damage effect from empress, but that extra attack will be useful

Nope, because it's rare and clean with 3 att above average, normal cannons are around 100~150
