When it comes to Maplestory, it's more than a feeling. It's a choice I've made myself. A major decision in my life. As I patiently wait for the game to load for 10 minutes, I type in my login information. My e-mail which is my IRL name and my password with password in it, giving me a faulty sense of being a rebel as I have not been hacked yet, and I can feel my Ralph Lauren Boxer Briefs start to bulge as the game freezes, teasing me of crashing, but eventually logging onto the main screen. As I log onto Channel 6 or Channel 9, because I'm a virgin, I look at my characters that represent what I want to be in real life. Strong, Handsome, Dope Anime style hair, my confidence starts to fade as I look at my Ethiopian arms and nasty in need of a wash afro. But as my character, my mini-me, stares me directly in my eyes as I look back, he tells me everything is alright. I can be as weak as I want. I can be as ugly IRL as I want. I can be a huge loser who hides behind brand name Polo Ralph Lauren Boxer Briefs, but I matter. Not in real life. I matter in Maplestory. I have friends in Mapletory. They are all as ugly as me, if not uglier than me. My guild mates are all lonely ugly virgins like me. Plus they're Asian. Which makes me 10x better than then already.
I am fine. I am the best. I am King. This is more than a feeling. This IS MAPLESTORY!
