1h or 2h for Reboot
Hey everyone!
So it's my first time ever playing a Paladin and I was wondering if you guys had any advice for whether or not you should go 1h or 2h in the Reboot Server? Since equipment cannot be scrolled in this server, I was thinking that 2h might be better (lack of an attack shield?). I love the look of a 1h + shield though. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

@cloudimuss: I would use the SW 1h sword. It's untradeable anyways and also has 30% boss with 10% PDR built into it. It also has extremely high attack on it. No point in switching to a shield anyways since a rosary will outdo shields on reboot due to it having attack
I have a question along the same lines but small twist on reboot. I got a SW 1h sword drop and also have boots so i could get 2 set. Currently using ranmaru 2h sword, i have a ranmaru 1h sword i could xfer hammer to the SW sword. Would i be better off using the 1H sword for now with mediocre potentential untill 2h drops? Not going to use a shield as my rosary is legend with good potentials. Thanks!
I'm using one hand wow because the only way I train is HH then rush, I have no need for damage. One handed is much faster for this method of training. Once u start bossing I think a two hand might be better. But when training at like warrior grounds, even a pot-less one hander wins imo
I like using 1H with a secondary and no shield.
I freakin hate attacking slowly.

Since you probably won't be getting a Terminus Defender shield, might as well go 2-handed and hope you get Decent Speed Infusion on your gloves.

Two handed weapon is the better choice for Reboot server.
Go with 2H since there's pretty much no way you're going to be hitting caps or getting a godly shield with attack. 2H weapons have a much higher multiplier than 1H, and the range difference is pretty large. You WON'T lose any shield buffs if you don't use a shield, so feel free to use 2H weapon and the rosary 2ndary
@ecyz: No you don't lose any of that going 2h. Everything works fine your info is outdated. Once again, 2h is fine and the better choice in reboot.
You lose Shield Mastery if you go 2h, which causes you to lose 40% Status/Ele Resist, 10 W.ATK, 250% W.DEF, 40% Guard Chance, and 60% Stun Chance upon guarding. So yeah, go with 1h+shield. If only for that status resist.
You pretty much know what you should do. No point going 1h unless you like the speed. 2h gives better DPS.
