I used old school equips to lv my mules. Such as branch nose, raccoon mask, PAC, violet showshoes, absolute ring, and those tradeable anni rings xD

Senpai medal has a high level req, might as well go with the next legend for low leveled characters. I would also try to keep your weapon up to level as it improves training drastically if you cannot 1 hit whatever you are training on.

Do Gollux for those 90% atk/matk scrolls and scroll a common shirt, pants, shoes, and a hat. Get one of the political party balloons, abs ring and Evo ring 3.
Spell trace any weapon your mule finds. Use a 10th anniv weapon if available.

I stocked up on the white/pearl maple set things with weapon for most of my link chars. The weapon had super high attack for its level (i think level 30 idk mang)
For other chars I've just been cheap and used a spare legendary ring, zombie army ring, and pointy spiderweb hat along with the most recent anniversary set for once they're level 100
oh also a blue sneakers with like 6 att potential.

Pretty much what Hong said. I guess you could scroll some low-level earrings, a low-level shirt, pants, shoes, and hat with the +1 atk gollux scrolls or just with spell traces just to give a little extra boost. The other 3 Evo rings are nice too and Spectrum Goggles are nice once you're lvl 70.

I recommend some variation of the following

1. 10-20 att work glove with a dSE neb
2. +10 speed robe with 1-2 seconds invincibility or dHB
3. Shoes with a dHaste neb
4. Absolute (Ring/Belt)/evolving rings

You can also add in Pendant of Spirit+MPE+att boost potions.

Absolute ring, Pointy Spiderweb hat, branch nose, democrat/republican balloons, wg scrolled with attack.

A level 10 Evolve Ring 3 is nice to have!
Maybe stock up on a Senpai medal.
