That's what I was asking the entire time o-o, and nowhere have I expressed anger or mad feelings other than your link which wasn't really an attempt to help at all. Everything else you contributed I appreciate.

Yet you linked the Maplestory website initially. The question was actually answered by DelusionDash, whether the tier-up is the same or different (This is the ambiguity of the data), it wouldn't matter because the double-tier up chance doesn't apply to epic potentials.

Edit: There was alot of confusion for people understanding my question, which can be attributed to my wording and due to the fact that the data is unknown. Nonetheless the question was still answered and I got what I needed to know. So I guess the thread can end here.

Like I said, I know that it isn't clear on the website, but the main question was the second question given that the first question was needed to provide context, nonetheless it was already answered.

and the blessing occurs after 2 tiers up regardless of if it is 2 in the same cube or 2 over many cubes.

@HappyTraderr: Simple answer to that is, don't rely on double tier up. You should use red cubes from rare to epic/unique anyways, and there's no chance for epic to legendary. This question is good but completely unnecessary.

I am asking if the chance to double-tier up which is the Miracle Time BLessing, is the same for all cubes. I know each individual tier-up rate is increased.

@wall: That's not what I'm asking about, I know about the tier up rate increases, I'm talking about the double-tier up rates aka the actual blessing. I'm talking about what @Masterobert is speaking of.

There's nothing wrong in what @wall is saying.
The site says that the rates for ranking up for each cube is doubled. Nowhere does it say that the tier-up rates of each cube are equal,
And red cubes have way less of a tier up rate than black cubes to begin with...

It says double lol. So all cubes get double the chance, blacks have higher chance so double that and they wil still be superior ro reds

If it's a set percentage, I would think that it only comes as a chance after you get a chance of ranking up with the cube you're using so let's say a black cube has a higher chance to rank up, it would maybe hit that chance for double rank up more often than red cube?
@Everyone: You guys don't seem to understand the question, it's a good one. We don't know for sure.

@wall: I think he's asking the chance to double tier up from rare to unique, so if you were to use red cubes you'd have more cubes for this chance to happen. It's a good and bad question because we first of all shouldn't rely on the double tier anyways. Also to @HappyTraderr the congrats notice you get from unique to legendary is just there because you hit legendary, that chance is based on the cube so you would want to use black cubes. Also note that you can't go from epic to legendary.

Black cubes already have a higher tier up chance than red cubes, MT or no MT.
So let's say if both chances are doubled :
*Note: these are example tier-up rates

Black Cube = 30% chance to tier up > 60%
Red Cube = 10% chance to tier up > 20%

They both double by themselves. You get a blessing whenever you tier up 2 ranks in 1 cube.

Edit: I re-read your thread title and now I realize what you're asking is the chance to receive the buff?
If so, then, again, 2 tier-ups in 1 cube = blessing. Black cubes have a higher chance of tiering up.
In order for an item to jump 2 ranks, it needs to tier up once to be doubled.
So, black cubes are still more worth it if you want the buff.

I've read that multiple times before posting here. It does not explicitly state whether the chance for Miracle Time Blessing varies with cubes, even so, the website has nothing to do with the second question, which is actually the main question given the context of the first.

EDIT: I was asking about Miracle Time Blessing, which is the chance for the double tier-up at once. Not the increased tier up chance for cubes, that I know.
