I was able to defeat easy mode Von Leon dealing 400k - 600k and 600k - 800k per line with OOPArts Code.

70k - 78k buffed
86k - 95k with OOPArts Code

before easy was ot i was able to beat him.. i think you can. I just remember you loose exp hen you die so be carefull
you beat him in the tutorial iirc
