so yea, im going to watch it at my friend house with my friends ( around 5 or 6 )
basically i have non horror movie experience.. i never watched a horror movie before.
so should i go?

all my friend had watched part 1 so yea haha xp
so you guys advice me to go for it? :o

- its not really scary when you think about it, they just put in all these jump scares and sound effects and quick camera moving to try to make you pee your pants.
Insidious2 wasn't very good.
Contemporary horror films don't offer a lot in the way of "real" scares, imo. It's all jump scares-- unexpected/jarring cuts and sounds that are supposed to catch you off guard. Basically, it's like a haunted house. Doubly so for James Wan, the director of the Insidious movies.
Watch the first one definitely, they're both pretty much on the same level of horror as each other so you'll see if you can handle it. Also, the 2nd one carries on from what happened in the first one.
I saw Insidious 2 in the extreme screen at the cinema and it wasn't too bad. Although, I do watch a lot of horror movies. There are a few unexpected jump scares though.
The story line is creepier in the 2nd one in my opinion.
