Is it worth returning to Maple?
I haven't played Maple since last year because I felt that Maple was slowly dying more and more. Has there been any change or has is just been dying since?
there's plenty of balancing now in the game. Lots of free things thats not pay2win at all, and i now can boss and play with friends of all kinds!
Nexon also tries to give all players a chance to sell goods in fm via merchant shops now, before it was only groups of guilds/Fm pros that controlled the Fm.
I say the game is actually getting better finally! Ive seen plenty of returning players and the like.
I guess it depends on perspective. I returned mostly out of curiousity and because I wanted to try out all the new classes, but there are still many technical issues and moral issues I have with the way their money making mentality works. I still find it decently fun, mind you. But I still think it've gotten worse as a whole, but there are still a few factors that cuts it out from the past.
I feel like the game has gotten better, but it would be nice to see more people on.

facing the same question
It's been losing players nonstop since you left.
I've been thinking about the same thing..is it really worth coming back? What do you have to come back to? Any friends, any fun new things? Or just items and events for a good month then quit again for a while then do the same thing in a few months.
Although it's a dying community, a revival would be nice. But things in maple aren't the same anymore at all if you ask me
Nothing but the usual, either pay to win or slave over events to win. There are nifty updates and mini-games I suppose but nothing out of the ordinary that usually comes in some what big patches.
