@aclassact: For me, it was expected that the servers would be loaded. A brand new world came out, it's obvious that a lot of people would be eager to play on it. And it's not just any regular world, it's a world where the gap between the funded and unfunded is closed, which is something a lot of players have been waiting for. I'm quite sure it was predictable, but Nexon could have performed a longer maintenance to make sure the servers can withstand the significant amount of players.

@voidwreck: I think this update was just them not ready for the server load, something that was completely unpredictable. (quite like when the PS4 started selling in Australia and people had to wait 2 weeks to get one because of the demand was more than first anticipated)

already 15 minutes past and yet game is not ready, once again we all got nexoned!

Instead of having a 7 hour game update maintenance, I would prefer if Nexon did a 24 hour maintenance to implement any big update. In this way, they won't be rushing the update and they can take their time to ensure that everything is installed properly so we don't have to deal with this issue for every update.

if a major patch was delivered first time and worked fine then it would not be MS or nexon.

In 10 years I can't remember any major (or small) update that would have been done by the time they first said it would..
