2h weapons
being a long time since i touch my paladin but recently i have seen alot of paladin wearing 2h weapons
I wondering why are people using 2h weapons instead of the standard shied and 1 hand?

shield can be carried over from paladin-> hero post-RED, means you dont have to cube two secondaries
because it looks cool

Besides 2H BWs being cheap as of today, 2H users would be able to see the noticable defense buff that RED has. Even without a Shield, a Paladin is still more durable than most classes, thanks to Divine Shield, Achilles, Guardian, and Power Guard. %HP attacks aside, Paladins can't get OHKOed or 2HKOed by most high leveled monsters. Even if 2H is slower than 1H, 2H is still stronger even with speed factored in. With Decent SI and/or Attack Speed +1 IP, 2H is clearly stronger.

Really? Yet another reason for me to make a Paladin. Only Warrior I don't have, but that is going to change.

yeah then why would people choose a 2h weapon over a shield... because i so sure its a massive drop in defense if you do
paladins have skills that give def and wep att if you equip a shield
