Computer techs! Help!

My computer is under attack by this scam called "Vista Home Security 2012". It is a fake anti-virus program that is claiming everything is infected with basically every single virus/malware/spyware. I have no idea how I got this as I just got home recently. I'm using my netbook to type this thread because im basically locked out of everything, including my antivirus programs, AVG and Avira. Whenever I click them, the "vista home security virus alert" pops up and makes me unable to use them.

Help please! Much thanks.

And if that fails, read the removal instructions posted above.

okay i used a usb and tried DrWeb CureIt! but it did not find anything...

@hairamoose I've rebooted into Safe Mode, and Vista Home Security 2012 still persists, however, this time I am not completely locked out of my anti-virus. Avira is performing a scan right now. I will let you know whether my issue has been resolved or not.

Read this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-antispyware-2012

Also, don't have more than one AV on your computer at a time. Get rid of either AVG or Avira.

Goto safe mode, and then scan your computer with your antivirus see if that finds that

How To goto Safe mode
Upon turning on your computer SPAM your f8 button
and then select the safemode without networking option

IF your antivirus did not find it, Go get another computer and a flashdrive, Go download and update Malwarebytes, find the malware bytes folder in your program files and put it on your flash drive. Start your computer in safe mode and then scan with malware bytes
