Fuze4dayz. You've got to put the time and effort in if this is the way you want to make mesos in the game, just like any other form of making mesos. It's really about luck so you can't ask us "how" we do it.
I guess you can't make anything then. If you swore not to spend money and mesos is a form of money, there's no way you can buy the materials for crafting
It's all based on luck. Just keep fusing, and you may get one, if you're lucky.
Just keep fusing them, there is low chance of getting epic or even unique tier.
