Has anyone gotten the female hair Oh So Windy
Basil lists it as a REG hair, so it should be obtainable, but after 300+ coupons of random beauty, I still never gotten it. Has anyone gotten it on their characters, or does it not exist?

I got it on a mule, so it is possible. ^^ However, you may get bad skin/eyes with it.
I got it on my Shadower during the first Beauty Coupon event.
