Question about shield covers
Can you equip shield covers on classes that do not use shield?
Say for example Mercedes. They use Infinite Magic Arrows as their sub weapon. Can they equip something like a Clover Shield or Leaf Shield over their sub weapon and have it show up on their character? Or is it limited to shield users only? (i.e: magicians, warriors, some thieves)
I ask because I've seen an AB wearing a clover shield.

@krishman: Luminous skills are strictly dependent on the Orb secondary skill, so regular shields won't work. As for PermNX shields, I have not tried it on my Luminous yet to confirm if it works or not.

Would this be possible for a Lumi? Would it get rid of my orb ? God do I hate that orb.
It depends on the class, two-handed swords, maces and axes, as well as bows, crossbows and bowguns are unable to have PermNX shields wielded, even with secondary weapons equipped. Classes such as Night Lord and Hayato, for example, are able to equip PermNX shields, even though their main weapons are two-handed in nature. I myself am using a PermNX shield on my Night Lord and other PermNX shield capable classes that I have.
I believe as long as your main weapon is 1-handed, you can equip an nx shield over your secondary

From what I gather, secondaries are considered shields.

I use an anviled PA to make my weapon cover appear 1h. I equipped that dumb clover shield they had on sale last weekend cause I bought it by mistake and it appeared alongside my guitar; PA is a 2h weapon. I don't know if that helps.
