About 2-Star enhancement Scroll
So as I understand it, this will raise the item up by 2 rank. So if the item already has more than 2 enhancement, does the scroll simply not do anything to it? also P/C on 90% no boom 2-star ee scroll? YMCK server.

Unsold in Khaini for 180. Sold one for 120.
Do two stars and three stars boom an item? Also the scroll shouldn't work since the item would be past 2 stars already.

If I recall correctly, it'll just add one more star, like an EE
