kMS patch update for Asura, nerf or buff?

It's a great buff for players who hit cap with asura now but aren't as op as hitting 30mills with phantom blow.

you know if the skill got 500% to 200% and got 5 lines...i'd still consider it as a buff seeing how fast it hits =,=
Regardless of the circumstance, its a buff.
1. Total damage is going up from 1500% -> 1520%.
2. Number of lines is going up from 3 -> 4.
3. Bugfix.
Can anyone confirm that cap PB still out damages this new asura?

This is a huge buff. For lower funded players. The point where PB outshines asura right now is when your PBs are doing more than 30m lines. With this buff it's at 40m PB lines. Fixing DR is always good.
It's a buff.. 1500% to 1520%, plus bugs fixed.
