Those applying to colleges, help please

Hey guys, could you guys offer a view on this?
I havent seen my dad since i was 2months old, so we couldnt fill out the ncp custodial profile and stuff. I sent in a ncp waiver form with 2 letters from counselor and principal, and a letter from me and one from my mom, so 4 total, to cornell financial aid office.
At first, the office required me to submit my dad's ncp profile and tax return, and about 3 weeks after i submitted the waiver form, the office said all financial information have been received, including my dad's information. Does this mean the waiver was accepted? and does this mean that I am accepted to the school as well? I mean.. who would spend his or her time reading 4 letters if i was rejected lol.

I submitted the same information to Emory as well, and they did the same, saying that my dad's information are now complete.

HOWEVER, I submitted the same to Dartmouth and Duke, both of which STILL say that my dad's information is still required, despite stating that they have received the waiver form.

I submitted the same letters to Wash U as well, and they still said I needed my dad's ncp profile. Last week I found out i was waitlisted..

T_T man i feel like... so depressed right now. I just got rejected to Northwestern, i was waitlisted at Wash U, and rejected ED to Penn Wharton. The only school i got into was Ga Tech..
Still waiting to hear back from harvard, stanford, dartmouth, cornell, duke, vanderbilt, georgetown, and emory.
God..how will i do in those? 8 more rejection letters down the road?

I would assume that they accepted the waiver
if problems persist I would either send a personal email to the admissions/financial aid office or give them a call. They tend to be pretty helpful

I'm pretty sure that would mean that the waiver was accepted. You getting into the school you honestly can't be sure about. That can still be a hit or miss on whether you get in. I just applied to Stanford and I was missing a thing and they really wanted it, but I'm still not sure if I got in or not. They can still decline you even after wanting your paperwork.
