whats that movie where
there's a part where like two people are going down some government building hallway, behind this rolling screen that makes things invisible. but like when they move too fast it makes distortions, and there's some guy at a desk at the end of the hallway and they have to sneak past him
if i recall the movie was bad but it's been driving me crazy
