Actually, they are quite rare. Your friend is just extremely lucky. I've done well over 150 tickets in kerning and I've never gotten it once.

i pot mine it became 2lines... and after lving it (5att). try to do 5 chaos (2works and 3fails) wtf. now it 9dex 10luk 8att mask. not bad i guess
