Will our HP be inferior to newly made accounts WarriorsBB

I was began thinking and this just hit me..

I just want to be informed, so here is what I'm asking.

If I have [X] amount of HP at Lv. 150, will my HP be less then a newly made account under the same conditions as my previous account?

Why do I ask this?

A: I saw the Kruimel0's BigBang Guide and somewhere in there it stated that the 1st job warrior skill Max HP Increase Now has a new formula, but to be honest I have no idea how it works, so I'm asking you the people to help me out.
Current base Warrior HP gain: 24-28/level
Improving max HP Increase (pre-BB only): +40/level
New base Warrior HP gain: 64-68/level

Newly made Warriors will only have a tiny HP gain advantage in the first couple of levels where you'd originally be maxing Improving max HP Increase - it comes out to a difference of 112 HP. HP Boost is an entirely new skill that permanently adds a 20% HP buff to both new and old Warriors. It doesn't impact your base HP, it works like a permanent Hype Body.

They also changed the formula for gaining HP when you add AP to HP in the same way they changed the level up formula. Don't remember exact numbers.
According to the skill information the formula is: % MaxHP Increase = 2*level
So wouldn't that mean that new warriors are highly benefited more?
A lv 30 Warrior would gain 60 HP when lving.
A lv 100 would gain 200 HP.
This seems to be highly beneficial to new warriors regardless of whatever boost the old ones get.

Thanks alot, , so basically, if a warrior has 10,000 HP, once that new skill gets maxed out, he will have 12,000? (Even if he was created Before/After- the big bang). Again, thanks alot .
