I've seen wind archers use Vortex in chaos vellum to try hitting the most possible lines. Also, When the wind archer is moving backwards, it's effective in bossing to jump backwards, stop using sky song, shoot a Vortex really quickly, and as you land, resume your sky song.

With only 5 points, it's hard to say since people want the 2 points on Trifling, 1 extra line of Vortex, and the 3 sky song hypers.
I'd say either drop the 20% pdr on the sky song thing or just drop the 1 line on vortex if you really don't want to use it for bossing or the 10% extra Trifling proct rate.

I guess I will put all my points on SoH and Trifling.

@iamtreehouse: Vortex is very slow and honestly youll end up doing most of your mobbing with SoH anyways the only time I could see a value in vortex hypers would be the extra line if you cap 100% of the time on SoH, and even then there wouldn't be much of a use to the skill :o
