i got empress gear when it was really cheap and i just use 6% tempest gear

Raven Horn Cape: 7 dex, 7 luk, +1 weapon att
Christmas 2012 medal: +4 all, +2 weapon att
(I only put the stats that counted for Phantom and ignored things like magic attack, weapon defense, etc.)

167 Phantom here with 104k range buffed.. most of my equips were collected from events (rings) and the rest I bought for ridiculously cheap.. my equips aren't even that great..
I think the only reason im higher is because I found a fearless cane and leveled it and 4 starred it and 100%'ed it to 157 atk.. still only cost 1m in the end..
i have a 150 phant, when running cross surge + hs with basically the same gear you have (I think i have some luk% on my emp gear though), clean cane, I have a 77k range fully buffed. I dump all link skills (hayato, xenon, DA, kanna, cannoneer, DS, lumi, zero, BT being the important damage-increasing ones) on my phantom, though, and also put in level 10 evo ring + absolute ring. I also have all rank S character cards and group classes so that adds some attack, all stats, and boss damage. I also have level 20 blessing of the fairy and level 30 empress' blessing, adding an extra 50 att to all characters.
Also I have 4% all stat specs that I use on all my characters.
Level 140 here w/ 46k range buffed

i got 100k buffed and i barely do 1mil per line. i highly doubt you do 2m per line
