I just got mine by saving up only 300 of the Treasure Boxes and Using them all.
As well as a handful of scrolls.

Took me a while. I haven't done the PQ since I got the belt, which was so very long ago.
Can't remember how many boxes you get per PQ, but if it's 50, then I'd say at least 700 boxes.

300 boxes at once and i got 4 immortal and 3 normal ones =D

I got one and I didn't even notice I did.

I randomly decided to pypq once and got it lol.
