The amount of fame you can acquire has been increased from -30,000-30,000 to -99,999-99,999. [b]Your Charm EXP and even level can be increased or decreased based on your Fame.[/b]

Isn't 1 fame = 1 charm? Correct me if I'm wrong or they changed it.
I have about 12 charm on the first day of chaos. I have 14 charm now.. I don't know what you guys are talking about.... -_-

I feel bad for the top 5 fame ranking people if any of them quit. It's like if they raised the level cap, they wouldn't be on the top rankings anymore.
But it's only fame anyway. Prepare for hackers to be up there.
