Weak damage range?
As a level 116 Priest, my attack range is 2435~3246 (with bless).
I'm completely unfunded and only have around 20m in mesos.
Is there any cheap way to increase my damage?

Aside from getting a new weapon, which could be fairly cheap, you can also try to look for 3% INT gear. You can find Overalls, Shoes, Capes, Earrings pretty easily in FM.
This requires a bit more funding, but you'll already have 12% INT if you can find these 4 items. (Dont forget helms/gloves etc. ;O)
You can also try to hunt for these kind of equipments. (Like, hunting for 3% INT earrings at Harps and then scroll them with 100/60% earring scrolls to get a little extra buff.)
Upgrading your weapon is likely the most effective way to increase you damage range.
Remember that post-BB, 1 matt roughly equals to 4-5 int. Don't expect a huge increase in your range, however.
