How do you get the Bestie Growth Potion? Do you just need to have a bestie to have it?

@krishman so my bestie said he needed to get to 136 to get the potion, and my quest says to reach your bestie goals to get it, so that means we both need to get to 136 right? I should have accepted om my main .-.
@ichiachen: Not to my knowledge, I was 210 when i bestied my person so I cant really help u. I just know my icey person had to be 111 cause they got the quest w/ the potion, not me.
@krishman is there a certain lvl i need the bestie to reach for the potion?
You need your bestie (so yes you need a bestie) to reach a certain level, mine had to get to 111 (not sure if thats a specific number or based off of something) and then I had to go to the cashshop on the character i used to bestie the person and i got the potion.
@mdisback it gives you one level between level 10~199 (100? to 199 possibly, pretty sure its 10 tho) though there have been some before that gets you to lvl 70.

Once your bestie reaches a certain level it will be gifted to you via cash shop
