Dex was the secondary stat of thieves and Str was the tertiary stat
Khanjar and D. Khanjar are GMS exclusive items, when Tempest came along and removed the stat requirements, they only applied it to KMS items, so DEX and STR are still required to wear a khanjar/dkhanjar.

If you make a Angelic Buster or Kaiser, their character cards give 40 DEX and STR respectively at level 100. Link skills like Cannoneer, Jett and Hayato also help as they give all stat. MoN, HTP, ZHelm, hot time hats, evo rings and a few other common equips also give a good amount of stats. Lastly, for hyper skills, you could add a point for hyper dex and hyper str to raise those stats, they also raise your range by a bit.

Use ur character cards for Xenon as well. S rank Xenon gives +20 str dex and luk.

like most people said, you'll get there without adding anything into dex or str. I actually reset my AP twice on my shad because of the changing stat requirements for equips. There are a lot of items that'll slowly add up to the dex requirement, so don't worry too much about it. The events usually give a few good equips that'll boost all your stats.

@IDefendThee: It's gonna be kind of a pain to get bullets though. I don't know how available they are on your server. When you get to higher lvls, 4 sets of lvl 110 bullets should be good enough.
And if you already have 40 unleashed coins on your sair, you can buy those lvl 100 bullets from the coin shop They have high attack so I really consider getting a few sets of those if you can't find any lvl 110 bullets. They are untradeable though....so don't go buying those bullets from the coin shop on other characters lol

@HastyHeist: Well I have a lvl160 Kaiser, 114 Xenon and 107 lumi, so I've played all those . I just recently made a Sair that I was going to level along side my Shadower to see which one I liked more. She's only lvl39 atm, so i'll just take your advice and continue her for awhile. Thank you

This is what I did. I made a bowmaster until I had more funds. So for now make a class that's easy to fund and does a lot of damage such as a sair, kaiser, xenon, or lumi. I'd make a sair because they're the easiest to fund. My sair just had a tempest set, 0% dex, and I had around 30k range buffed.

Kaisers have high ranges just based off their buffs and they have a passive skill that restores a certain % or hp/mp every few seconds, so that can save money for pots.

Xenon are ridiculously strong and it's easy to get high ranges with them since they use 3 stats.

Lumis are strong and have large area attack skills, so it makes training a lot easier. You need some funds for a lumi though.

The problem is...I'm very low on funds, so I can't be doing all that. I actually spent a good bit of my funds on this darned Kahnjar, which is why I'm so upset about it. I figured it was a relatively cheap way to boost my damage a bit for what it is. Also @Winterspork I've never perfected a weapon in my life, and i'm too big of a wuss to use Enhancment scrolls. I honestly don't know how people do it, besides buying the protecting things from the CS. I don't have enough money to buy NX atm either, so if that's the only way to scroll, i'm screwed. Maybe i'll just hold off on my shadower for awhile until I can properly fund it.

get your link skill from cannoneers, zhelm, rings (absolute, evo) pendants, earrings scrolled with whatever stat you need, badges, medals, scrolled beryl hearts
you get the point

ya it is annoying that dex is still needed certain items, i had a hard enough time getting enough for my khanjar but i managed to find % luk gear with enough dex, if you get one of those 10-15 all stat helmets from an event with %luk that helps alot.

try and aim for a Empress set. the Dex bonus will probably add up to enough to eqp it

@rockboarder: I don't know...Call me skeptical, but that's a lot of dex to get from equipments alone...at least without a few % dex items. Oh well. I thank you for your input. I'll just see what happens I guess.

How though? If I put all into LUK, how will I gain enough dex? Should I put a little into dex and luk or something?
