If I could make my own travel system in maple the boat would definitely be alive and well.
(but you could teleport from the nearest town to the boss by it of course)

I would recommend using Mercedes link skill (if you have one) otherwise the best way (aside from having a tele rock) would be to teleport to zakum (since people are usually queing for that) and then once you're there, talk to the npc by the portal entrance to have him take you to El Nath. From there, you can use the Friendstory shortcut to get to Henesys.

i remember when i use to spend 30mins to 1hr just to fly around wait for the ship n die on the ship until i get to my point i be like ya im done for today.....

Dimensional Portal > Root Abyss > Sleepywood tele > 6 path > pantheon
though you gotta do the root abyss prequest first as well as buy the tele scroll from the spa guy

Whenever i queue to Gollux on a hard travel class, I q to Zak since everyone qs to zak, Adobis, go to el nath, friendstory...

if you have a hyp tele rock you can set the room before you enter gollux and tele there

If you want to leave Gollux, queue to Ranmaru so it takes you to El Nath and then just use a nearest town scroll

what about not knowing when the ship was gonna take off, so you get a glass of water, you come back and Balrogs just murdered your ass, then back to station you go

I go to Momojika (Kanna/Hayato Place) > Azwan (Which takes me to Mush. Shrine) > Pantheon... It's not the fastest of methods but it gets the job done

After one year I stopped doing that and would just go afk, it got tired

@bleachedguy: Travel sucked for everyone that wasn't a class with Haste, Flash Jump, or Teleport.

I don't miss being an archer and having no speed up skills, and having to get equipment/items to move at a decent pace.
Travel really sucked for archers back in the day looking back on it.

From gollux, open the crusader shop thing and buy a return ticket to the hq, which will take you to edel, and you can do whatever you want from there

You can Kritias teleport from basically anywhere, as long as you haven't initiated the prequest. Using an NTS will then send you to Leafre.

I meant like from Gollux since you cant que Friendstory there

Just do Friendstory > use the ship thingy in fast move in Henesys > six path crossway instantly > pantheon portal > pantheon > any town
